The TCMS application will no longer startup if the TCMSService account password expires. Depending on your system’s password policy, you may or may not experience this issue.
If you experience this problem, the update below, TCMSPasswordReset.exe, will
reset the TCMSService account and enable TCMS to run again.. Only a user with administrative privileges can run the
TCMSPasswordReset.exe update
to reset the password each time the fixed interval expires.
To determine when the TCMSService account password expires on your system, type the following command at a command prompt to view the password expiration date:
net user tcmsservice
The TCMS technical support team is investigating a permanent solution that will not affect Networthiness, local or network security policies, or program operations.
The solution will be announced and made available here on the TCMS Web Portal when it is deployed.
